Shipping fabric can be heavy (expensive), and the prices just went up. Everything is sent with tracking unless otherwise mentioned. This envelope will be thicker than 1/4 inch; with that in mind consider COMBINING SHIPPING. Many yards will fit into flat rate USPS padded envelope for $9 (dependent on the thickness of yardage). I will combine where reasonable on any of my listings. Please put all your items to ship together into your cart and then send me the request for an invoice (before you pay) - otherwise, eBay bills me 9% surcharge on shipping fees and I cannot refund you.
